Developing Leadership Excellence 2011
An exciting two day learning and development programme for managers and leaders with strategic responsibility. This unique event combines structured learning with interactive thought debate, one-on-one coaching, and a chance to meet and network with two hundred and fifty leaders and managers from across the UK in one of London’s premier hotel and conference centres. The modular nature of the event ensures that each delegate can tailor their programme to best fit their individual requirements.

Programme overview
Over the course of two days the delegates will mix and network with other managers and leaders whilst absorbing the latest thinking in effective management and leadership. There will be a mix of material; some based on pure leadership, some on building revenue strategy, and all designed for leaders who are looking to make an instant impact on their return to the workplace.
The event is held in the premier suites of one of London’s largest conference centres which is within an easily accessible 4* deluxe hotel. The hotel provides a wonderful and highly inspirational backdrop and all delegates will be provided with refreshments throughout, a two course lunch, a three course dinner, overnight stay and breakfast on the second morning. Complimentary wi-fi is also provided.
