Who is it for?
Key staff and managers who have technical, administrative or customer-facing skills but are now charged with increased commercial responsibility and need an understanding of the impact decisions have on the organisation operationally, legally and financially.
What does it cover?
The programme covers the rudimentary skills of reading, understanding and constructing financial statements such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets. The course also looks at the impact of debtors, creditors and cash flow.
Delegates will also learn about the legal constitution of different organisation types and what this means from a financial and legal stand point when dealing with these organisation types.
The course provides delegates with skills to comfortably be able to understand, negotiate and challenge commercial agreements and contracts.
