What does it cover?
The programme examines the key elements of any project and provides a framework for examining risks, timeframes, expectations, resources and the requirements of team members and stakeholders.
The course introduces models such as project lifecycle plans, constraint triangles, the Boston matrix, network diagrams and Gantt charts which help delegates to identify and plan for future elements of any given project.

Programme overview
The programme consists of training room based learning as well as a combination of games played inside and outside to determine how people work. (There is no need to be physically fit). Tools are provided that can be taken away to determine leadership preferences under certain conditions and can be used equally on other leaders in an organisation and members of staff. Ultimate leadership is a two-day event. Overnight accommodation and all meals are provided.
