A two-day master class in honing leadership skills. Managers and leaders will also examine their own styles and leadership preferences both in the training room and outside in the magnificent grounds of our Missenden Management Centre

What does it cover?
This flagship two-day programme is as much of an event as a course. The programme investigates delegates’ style and its effectiveness under normal conditions and also under duress. It allows delegates to take away tools to better profile those around them and those they might employ, and thus build and maintain highly productive teams that can work together efficiently.
The course provides one day of open workshop-based learning, discussion and modelling, and a day of analysing and testing how these skills work in practice in the grounds of our Missenden Management Centre in Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire.

Programme overview
The programme consists of training room based learning as well as a combination of games played inside and outside to determine how people work. (There is no need to be physically fit). Tools are provided that can be taken away to determine leadership preferences under certain conditions and can be used equally on other leaders in an organisation and members of staff. Ultimate leadership is a two-day event. Overnight accommodation and all meals are provided.
