Who is it for?

This course is highly valuable for all members of your staff. People who either work under pressure, talk about time stresses, or have increasing workloads will find it immensely useful. The course is set at a level and pace that bright, younger staff as well as more experienced managers will find engaging.

What does it cover?

This course allows delegates to regain control of their workload through the use of simple models and fresh thinking about time. They’ll learn how and when to say no, how to identify ‘time thieves’, how to prioritise effectively and most importantly, how to sustain these improvements over time.
