About our programmes
All Impellus open courses are run in an ‘open workshop’ style whereby delegates will participate in structured learning, debate, small group exercises and on certain training courses, instructional games. All training venues are bright, comfortable and easy to find, and we’ll provide a good quality lunch on each day too. For two-day programmes we also provide special deals for overnight accommodation and evening dinner.
Delegate numbers are limited on each programme to ensure the best possible interaction between trainer and delegates. Programmes are presented in a friendly and relaxed manner which challenges thinking in a positive manner.
Although many of our open training programmes have opportunities to test new skills, none has role play sessions where delegates are asked to perform in front of the rest of the group.

* One delegate day is one day's training on any course or part thereof for one delegate. Thus two delegate days could be one person on a two-day training course or two separate one-day courses, or two people taking a one-day programme either together or separately. A follow-on coaching programme also qualifies as one delegate day.
Follow-on coaching
Ensure that the new skills and techniques that are learnt on courses are pro-actively used when back in the workplace with our highly effective follow-on coaching package. After training we supply a full coaching programme lasting up to two months which allows delegates to comfortably leverage improved performance in their role.
Follow-on coaching after a course provides a personalised experience which can have a dramatic effect on results.

Certification and feedback package
This highly popular package provides you with an original certificate to give to your delegates to hang in pride of place on their walls, as well a copy of their feedback as given to us at the end of their programme.
