Our open courses are aimed at the managers and leaders of organisations who are looking to develop their skills further as well as take the opportunity to see how leaders from very different organisations are tackling similar problems. Many delegates report that the sharing of ideas provides a valuable perspective on their own activities.
We’ve also added a new and exciting two-day residential Ultimate leadership programme at our Management Training Centre.

Open course format
All Impellus open courses are aimed at managers and leaders and are run by specialists in each field. Our venues are all easy to access from major routes and have ample parking for your convenience. Training rooms are always bright and comfortable and each has separate break-out areas for tea and coffee with lunch served in an adjacent dining room.
One-day programmes meet at 9:00 for registration for a 9:30 start and finish at 16:30. Ultimate leadership, our flagship open leadership programme is a two-day residential course. Timings on the first day are the same as for a one-day programme with accommodation and evening meal provided in between days. Training runs from 9:30 to 16:00 on day two.
