An essential three-day programme for all managers and leaders
Who is it for?
This course is perfect for team leaders and managers from all disciplines and backgrounds – particularly new recruits – with no formal management or leadership training, or those who have little practical management experience. The programme is best conducted residentially at our Management Centre in Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire but can also be held on your premises.
What does it cover?
This outstanding programme takes your managers away from the distractions of the work environment to provide them with the tools they’ll need to maximise their effectiveness as managers and leaders. It’s a great opportunity to get away from daily pressures and evaluate priorities and reconcile activities.
The course combines technical, managerial insights with practical challenges; balancing discussion groups and learning in the classroom environment with additional opportunities to make the most of the setting. They’ll also take on a variety of interesting and challenging outdoor activities that will test their management and leadership styles and abilities in exciting and innovative ways. They’ll return to you feeling empowered, energised, and with practical tools to employ right from their first day back.
