Each ILM delegate must take a core management and leadership module (course) plus the appropriate number of optional units for their level. They then have a follow-up learning period, using further Impellus management training resources – this includes an online portal to ensure development is continuously applied in the workplace. Once details of this have been submitted via the online portal, (a copy of this is provided to the programme booker or leader as a report) their work is assessed by the ILM.
