Impellus has many innovative ways of helping you to stretch your learning & development budget further. All of these innovations can be used in conjunction with any funding that might be available to you too.
Open courses

Book 4 places, pay for 3*. (Use in conjunction with L&M funding)

Less free place and grant, you pay just £500

50% Discount – Buy 10 places (or delegate vouchers for future use) or more at any one time and you’ll earn a 50% discount
Book a place on Ultimate Leadership at £1,500, and up to three other colleagues can go for just £500 each. (Use in conjunction with L&M funding)
Example 2 places at £1,500 = £3,000.
Less offer and grant, you pay just £1,000
Example 4 places at £1,500 = £6,000.
Less offer and grant, you pay just £2,000
Skills licence
The skills licence is a unique personnel development tool which allows you to work with us delivering learning & development projects or block booking future training in a cost effective way.
By committing to a programme of work with an agreed payment schedule, the licence gives you assurance, flexibility and a discount which allows us to stretch your budget further. There are other benefits too.
Should a member of your staff leave within six months of being trained we will extend our Skills Protection Guarantee to you (see below). This allows Skills Licence holders to train their replacements free of charge.
Discounts of up to 25% are available on in-house training, coaching and evaluation work and up to 50% on open courses.
