Funding for your organisation
Impellus is able to draw on government grants and regional European funding which may be available to your organisation. This enables you to have your training part funded or even without cost. Our specialists can talk to you about what’s available to you and help you to shape your training to ensure that it maximises your funding.

Train to Gain – Leadership & Management (L&M)
If you meet the following criteria Impellus can help you to claim £1,000 towards your management and leadership training:
- Your organisation employs 5–249 staff either in full or on site
- At least one delegate is a director or senior manager
- Your organisation has not previously used this funding
The first £500 of the grant is refunded to you in full after training has taken place. The second £500 is provided simultaneously on a matched funding basis. Thus funding would work as per these examples:

Your £1,000 can be used in conjunction with any of the training courses, coaching or learning products in this directory and other team members can enjoy training alongside the designated individual.

Additional matched funding
Impellus is able to help organisations in certain regions to secure up to £2,500 of matched funding that’s available for leadership, management and business development. The organisations need to be in the following sectors to qualify:
- Automotive and high-tech manufacture
- Creative sector
- Financial services
- Food and drink processing
- Life sciences and healthcare
- Low carbon and sustainable technologies
- Social enterprise
- Sustainable communities and the built environment
- Tourism and Olympics 2012
- Transport gateways
