Funding for your organisation
Impellus is able to draw upon funding that's available in England for learning and development. In most cases this is 'matched funding', (ie: a 50% contribution) and can be drawn in a number of ways.
GrowthAccelerator
GrowthAccelerator is a new programme from the Department for Business Innovation and Skills (BIS) aimed specifically at the directors and senior managers of high growth businesses in England with up to 250 members of staff.
Impellus will be announcing a new partnership for delivering training under this programme from Q4 2012.
Funded open training programmes
At any given time there may be a host of regional budgets that are available up and down the country which can be used towards training courses covering management and leadership, and sales and customer service. These may be provided at a Europeen, national or regional level, sometimes even by specific councils or Chambers of Commerce. The problem for most of the organisations that they are designed to help, though, is that they are difficult to find, can be very periodic, and can be tricky to use when matching training criteria to each budget requirement.
Impellus makes it easy. We help by promoting the availability of funding where available, and by ensuring that each programme is matched to the skills requirements that are being funded. We also ensure that where funding moves or changes, or becomes unavailable, we underwrite the funded part of the offered programme ourselves.
